Kadangyan is a five-piece band that has evolved since forming in Cebu City in 2000. Their music is a fusion of Filipino ethnic beats and rock music, using indigenous instruments and adding modern drums and bass guitar. Sharing a love of visual and performance art, the band has a strong and unforgettable connection through their music and their devotion to Philippine culture. Some of the songs are created after a series of meditations, with vocalist Bhaba Mitra providing the powerful lyrics. While inspiring to make change and bring awareness of the environment, they also manage through music to touch the human spirit.

ZELLE

Zelle has been wowing the Philippines with carefully crafted, melodic pop songs, anchored by female lead singer and guitarist Jeazelle’s haunting and nostalgic voice. And not only is Jeazelle the band leader, she is also the chief songwriter. The inclusion of the violin along with Zelle’s rock arrangements exude both melancholy and passion.
